beyond Chiangmai

Hi Travellers
I am trying to look for another word for backpackers.I used to look down on backpackers as I worked for only 5 stars hotels.Since I went into the guesthouse business I met many customers that became friends.I travel and live like you guys when I travel.I always wanted to do an all ladies guesthouse,but my many of my ladies customers say this will fail.Men and women must be together.What do you all say?
